SmartMe seeks to increase efficiency in concession stand sales in movie-theatres, theatres and football arenas in Brazil. Most customers skip the snack bar if they're late or if there's a queue, and are unlikely to leave their seats during the attraction to get snacks. Our app allows spectators to order beverages and snacks directly from their seats, even after the attraction has started, generating extra revenues and higher profitability to the venue and increasing customer satisfaction. Goods are delivered to a SmartMe stand right outside the screening room, creating a "winning tripod": customer misses only 15-30 seconds of attraction, venue doesn't need extra staff, and other spectators aren't bothered by venue personnel constantly coming in/out.
