Property Cyber Works (PCW) is a project focussing on developing an innovative new technology-based model of property rental and property crowd investment. Our approach can resolve the global issue of the over-complicated experience of property rental. Our starting-point is medium-term rentals, with which we have so far had the most success. We believe that advanced technologies and innovation of rental services are key to making the rental process easy for customers and very cost-efficient for real estate entities. We are currently testing our solutions with our main product www.saopauloflat.com. Over 700 contracts were signed last year, it was awarded Highly Commended Letting Agency 2013-2014 in the prestigious Americas Property Awards and has a very experienced team.
