MedUse seeks to deliver higher efficiency and satisfaction to patients and health professionals. We designed a CRM system that boosts the interaction doctor-patient and secretary-patient, allowing patients to search for professionals at a desired date/time, listing the nearest available professionals. Scheduling an appointment (or being put on a waiting list) is simply one click away. Sending SMS/push reminders 24h before the appointment, we foster the decrease in absenteeism rates, lower telephone and labour costs, and higher satisfaction to all agents involved. In case the patient denies the reminder, system automatically allows him/her to reschedule and sends a push notification to the first patient on the waiting list, if there's any, filling what would be an empty slot on the doctor's agenda. Patients can access the progress of the agenda, allowing them to program themselves for the delay of the queue, reducing the patients' waiting time. Agenda management becomes 100% automated.
