Love Mondays (www.lovemondays.com.br) is a Career Community in Brazil. We empower job seekers to make more informed career decisions by providing them free access to reviews of companies, all of which have been contributed anonymously by employees who work there. We also provide a platform for companies to promote their employer brand in order to better engage and recruit qualified professionals. Our founding team have a combined 30+ years of international experience with companies including The Boston Consulting Group, Johnson & Johson, CapGemini and startups. Our advisors include the former head of Monster.com for emerging markets and the former head of HR for Natura and Gerdau. We were selected to participate in the inaugural program of Startup Brasil, have completed an acceleration program with Aceleratech (a Sao Paulo based accelerator) and in January 2014 won the Latam Startup Challenge, the most prestigous startup competition in Latin America organized by Riverwood Capital.
