InEvent is an easy way to attract great sponsors for great events, bringing more revenue for organizations. By tracking KPI's, reports became easy to create and analyze, providing a clear ROI for each sponsor. Event organizers start by filling a form with all sponsorship packages, which includes every action that will be performed for the sponsor's brand. During the event lifetime, organizers can check list different KPI's, showing data in real time for sponsors through our platform. Together with social media tracking, we also have a free application. Each event provides some basic information about it (location, description and agenda) and, on top of that, we have a full layer of networking capabilities. By distributing gifts to users (freebies, contest, draws), users are encouraged to engage into different interactions with sponsors through our mobile application. InEvent's innovation lies on turning offline data into online data, which can be later sent through reports to sponsors.
